Mayor Garcetti will drive business out of Los Angeles, especially manufacturing.

The City of Los Angeles will inevitably lose many of their manufacturing jobs.  I urge Mayor Garcetti to stay in line with California's Minimum Wage as it is equal or lower to neighboring cities.  We need to be careful as other States offer a better business environment.  We have manufacturers that constantly feel the pressure of China's low labor costs, they will eventually give in and move or give up completely.  The negative effects of sudden considerable jumps in the minimum wage could outweigh the positives.  Politicians need to consult with Economists before making decisions like this.

Aurelio Mattucci, founder of the Unified Small Business Alliance welcomes all.

Aurelio Mattucci, founder of the Unified Small Business Alliance welcomes all.
I want to thank the many small business owners that have opened their doors to helping others in their own community.  I believe that together we can all accomplish bigger and better things.  The idea of giving back to your community is something that comes from within.  The Unified Small Business Alliance has grown to over 1,500 members in a short period of time.
I am proud of the fact that many businesses see an untapped potential in workforce development and the vision of our group is clear.
Thanks again.
